The restaurant we used for most of the filming was obviously not named Gryszek’s.

We needed a logo that could be printed on the shirts worn by characters in the movie.  We also needed that logo to identify the restaurant in exterior shots.

Enter Laura Brody who put her graphic design talent to work.

“After reading the script, I got a sense of who Gryszek was and what sort of feel he would want for his place,” said Laura.

In addition, Laura created the design that appears on the wine that Peter and Amy drink in the film.  Rien Faire is a name we created for the wine  to develop several points of the story.

“The wine label was totally inspired by lots of wine tasting!” Laura said.

Laura is also a master chef who treated the cast and crew to homemade jambalaya one day on the set.

Her day job is as a dog trainer with her own company Good Family Dog.
